Product Description

Th-870 continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) is suitable for real-time continuous monitoring of ultra-low pollutants emitted by fixed pollution sources in metallurgy, energy, chemical industry, cement and other industries. Its performance meets the requirements and testing methods for continuous monitoring system of flue gas emission from fixed pollution sources (HJ / t76-2017) and technical specification for continuous monitoring of flue gas emission from stationary pollution sources (HJ / t76-2017) Standard (HJ / t75-20017), technical specification for information transmission and exchange of automatic monitoring of environmental pollution sources (HJ / t352-2017), etc.



Ultra low pollutant *: dust ≤ 10 mg / m3, SO2 ≤ 35 mg / m3, NOx ≤ 50 mg / m3.


Features
  • The system adopts modular design of industrial instruments, standard electrical control cabinet is selected, and the system structure realizes electrical separation and independent control.
  • The more advanced drying tube dehumidification technology is selected for flue gas pretreatment, and the measured gases such as SO2, SO3, no and NO2 have no concentration loss in the process of dehumidification.
  • The drying tube adopts double-stage and multi-channel circulation dehumidification mode to monitor the dehumidification efficiency of pretreatment in real-time, and provide a system solution in high temperature and humidity environment.
  • The pretreatment subsystem has two installation modes, independent or system integration, to meet the maintenance and use requirements of different working conditions and users.
  • There is no cold end in the whole process of pretreatment subsystem, equipped with various high-precision filters, and provides solutions for various interference substances.
  • The flue gas analyzer adopts quasi industrial grade instrument, adopts infrared double beam reference detection principle, with ultra-low range, high precision detection and high stability
  • The analysis system is equipped with dynamic gas distribution device, which can realize manual, automatic and remote system zero point, full point and simple zero point correction.
  • The electrical control of the system adopts double PLC cooperative control, combined with the data acquisition system of upper computer, to realize the full coverage of monitoring data acquisition and control.
  • The analysis subsystem provides self diagnosis function and provides preventive maintenance and system self diagnosis data support for users.
  • The model selection provides diversified system configuration, which can be configured according to the actual needs.
